Delivery, returns and refunds

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order despatch time is 1-3 working days.

Other than greetings cards, items will be sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Very high value items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Local collection is available free of charge in the OX4 area - if you have selected this shipping option at checkout you will be contacted about a collection slot.

Orders over £75 are eligible for free standard shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48).

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We are happy to offer a full refund up to 14 days from the date you receive your purchase(s).

Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered in and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and unfortunately as a small, independent business we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Faulty or damaged items
